Truck Wash Technician

Two immediate full time openings at the Truck Wash. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and at least every other Saturday 8am-12pm. Overtime may be required. Looking for a self-motivated, mechanically inclined, hardworking, and reliable person. Valid driver's license needed. Wage DOEQ. Company is flexible. Wash and detailing experience is helpful. Requirements:

  • Must be dependable and able to work full time
  • Follow safety rules and regulations in regards to OSHA standards
  • Wear safety equipment at all times
  • Receive orders from owners, general manager, and front office staff regarding trucks and trailers
  • Must be able to use equipment to reach all areas of trucks and trailers
  • Attendance is required for departmental success
  • Must be able to float to various other departments and assist coworkers with work dependent upon the wash schedule
  • Must keep customers out of the wash bay area at all times
  • Help assist all new truck wash technicians to use all wash equipment including, but not limited to, the truck wash brush and chemicals
  • Work Saturdays in order to provide availability to customers
  • Be able to lift 120 lbs
  • Knowledge of power and hand held shop tools
  • Ability to work as a team

 

Wheel Polish Technician

Immediate full time opening in the Wheel Polish Department. Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and at least every other Saturday 8am-12pm. Overtime may be required. Company is flexible. Tire and wheel experience preferred. Will train the right person. Wage DOEQ. Benefits to be discussed. Benefits offered are health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance.  Requirements

  • Must be dependable and able to work full time
  • Move controls to adjust, start, or stop equipment during polishing process
  • Transfer, load, and unload product to workspace and/or storage location
  • Remove wheels and prepare for actual polishing
  • Assist with other polishing and shop needs as necessary
  • Be able to lift 120 pounds
  • Knowledge of power and hand held shop tools; use power and hand held tools to polish
  • Use of safety equipment at all times
  • Ability to work as a team

  • Receive orders from the Owners and General Manager

Assistant to the General Manager:

In search of an assistant to the General Manager for a Truck and Trailer Service Department. Managerial Experience is preferred. Must be a certified mechanic or have experience working as a mechanic, as this position will consist of diagnosing repair problems, supervising and providing assistance to all mechanics and service technicians on hand, and fielding all questions from, and providing updates to, the customers that call in or stop by.

We are looking for someone who is good under pressure, able to give and take direction well, and is well organized. Must also be able to work as a team and take the lead when necessary. Excellent Customer Service is a necessity. Degree preferred but not required. All candidates will be considered. Wage DOEQ. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and at least every other Saturday 8am-12pm.  Requirements:

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: prepare service orders to ensure their completeness and accuracy, act as a liaison between the General Manager and Service Technicians, provide supervisory role to all mechanics and service technicians, process all customer concerns and requests regarding service work, via phone calls or in person, follow and enforce safety rules and regulations in regards to OSHA standards, make sure shop area is kept clean, picked up, and grease free, must be able to take orders from the General Manager and Owners, must be able to use proper hand and power tools, and must be able to lift 120 pounds.
